I know that in the Madoff case Bernie's sons, wife, brother, and niece, if not others, had to compensate the estate because they were unjustly enriched.  I believe the legal term is disgorgement.

I know they took real estate, jewelry, even clothing.

We all know that CM was unjustly enriched.  Would someone be looking at what some of the officers at BD own and where they got the money to get it?

I've heard tell of rumors of collusion, and there's definitely some names that look familiar to me on the claimants/creditors lists.  Presumably the FBI has the same or more information and evidence than I.

As far as for disgorgement, you will want to bring your concerns to the UCC - you should've gotten an email with their information recently.

Let's not forget shareholders (http://about.ag/pics/bk/bd/46.pdf)
I'm no expert in the pecking order for proceeds except they are probably at the end. Were they somehow 'enriched' by 'dividends'?

Vivek Katyal hasn't received any mention in this forum and I'm not making any accusations. It seems to me that, as a primary share holder and co-inventor on the patent, he would be part of the investigation.
