I suspect something is going on with NTM. Family member originally ordered back in November after 3 months delay, called them up-he complained enough about their guarantee that they gave him several free oz. of silver, canceled the old order and reordered at a lower silver price. Another 3 month delay (b/c he was now placed in the "back of the line") and no silver. Called again and complained loudly, shipment was then placed that day.

Good catch. Judging from the latest stats at the BBB, they do have indications that they are experiencing problems of late and the REVIEWS are definitely skewed towards the negative.

I have purchased only once from NWTM back in the summer of 2012. It took 96 days to receive my 5 gold 1 oz American Eagles. I've never ordered from them since. It's also the main reason I was happy with Bullion Direct until this year, because NWTM made Bullion Direct's 24 day turnaround look rapidly fast by comparison...

Just from experience, please send a letter of demand to their address of service. This is not the life experience I expected to have at this point of my life. -n

They may be having staffing issues, their reviews on glassdoor look really bad...http://www.glassdoor.com/Reviews/Northwest-Territorial-Mint-Reviews-E382399.htm

It's worth remembering that BD's (non officer) employees haven't exactly been staunch defenders of the companies reputation.
