Usually I think these guys will get off with a slap on the wrist

but in this case ... NO

in my humble opinion Mr. Ross is going to be going away for a long, long time

too many people burned

i'm still wondering about the "no issues detected" comments

there were issues everywhere ... obvious to all

just sayin=)

I agree, this is more than mismanaging a company. Not paying taxes and missing storage bullion will be enough by itself.

I have dealt with NWTM in the past, and did get my delivery. That is why I thought that I would get this order. Was shocked to get the notice of Bankruptcy in the mail.
Any way, I wander if things were being converted when the Law suit started back when. Did they knowingly continue to scam customers? And where did the money go? Was my bullion purchase and now setting in some offshore vault?
I may never see my bullion but I sure as hell want answers.
