He is not charging anything for his efforts on Nucleo unless it is successful (Dan Bensimon said "If it works, we get paid, if not, not."). He does get paid $3,500 a month (and his partner gets paid $2,500 a month), but presumably that is only if Nucleo gets money to pay them. Dan's company will also get 5% of gross sales in the first year, and 4% in the following 4 years. But that is only if they can get Nucleo to make money.

If you think about it, one hour of work ($375) is more money than Bullion Direct ever made at any time

opinion: they are going to build up everyone's hopes with the software and then at the last minute tell everyone, "sorry, but we couldn't find someone interested in paying for the license or whatever"

or say that the software had bugs they couldn't anticipate

it will be truth ... but truth after everyone had their hopes built up ...

just my opinion=)
Maybe there is a good reason Bensimon is the CRO and you are NOT?

I don't know--is there? Unless Bensimon can magically make all of Charles McAllister's victims whole again, we might as well have PM (the previous poster) or anyone else running the show. What's the difference? You seem to believe that there's a chance that our money and/or metal isn't completely gone--what would make you think that?
