It's hard to say, where Bullion Direct doesn't want creditors to know what they are up to.

Under "normal" circumstances, I wouldn't have an issue with the website being shut down, at least the part we normally see (they can give a different URL to people who may be interested in paying big bucks for the technology). But it is the one place customers have to see what their account says.

I just added an update to http://about.ag/BullionDirect.htm after realizing that maybe it has to do with the Proof of Claim deadline having passed (January 25). But that doesn't really make sense, as creditors *will* need to file a Proof of Claim if the case converts to Chapter 7, which appears likely at this time (although presumably the delays were OK'd by the creditors' committee, suggesting that there may be something valid in the works).
