JG, I did notice the Charles (or possibly Charles, it's hard to be sure based on signature) signed off as "Secretary" when the BD company was officially handed over to Dan deal with bankruptcy and restructuring.

Now that Dan is the only one and only company official and is listed as the Debtor <http://about.ag/pics/bk/bd/1.pdf>, does that likely mean that Charles won't be appearing at the Creditors Meeting or any other matter related to this bankruptcy?

Good catch on the signature -- I had assumed it was someone else, but the signature looks to me to be a match to another signature I have on file of his (with that ever important caveat that I am not a professional forensic signature analyst!).

I do believe it is unlikely that Charles will be participating in the bankruptcy -- after all, why hand over the keys to someone else if you want to participate? But, it is possible that he could participate in some way (and might even show up at the Creditors' Meeting as a sign of good faith).
