I placed a catalog order for a little over $3000 on 3/14/15. I paid by check. They acknowledged my order and receipt of my check 0n 3/22/15 which they promptly cashed.  After a month of waiting I began trying to contact them. After my third inquiry by email, I got the typical canned " delays due to facility move" BS. That was in late April and despite my many attempts to contact them and my BBB complaint, I have not heard from them since with the exception of the bankruptcy notice on 7/30. I had even managed to correctly guess Charles McAllisters email address, cmcallister@bulliondirect.com and emailed him directly a couple of times. No response of course.
