For those of you who have made payment to Bullion Direct and haven't received your product, I'd advise you to contact the financial institution through which you made your payment.

If you made your payment via credit card (whether for just shipping or the whole purchase), it's fairly easy to open a dispute with your credit card company, and you're almost guaranteed to get the money credited back to your account since Bullion Direct won't respond.  I got my $9.95 shipping back within a couple of days - if the amount you charged is larger, it may take longer, but you'll get it.

If you paid via check / bank wire / cashier's check, etc., I would still recommend contacting your bank and seeing what they can do to help.  I have contacted my bank via email and will report back as I learn more.

At the very least, it can't hurt to have major financial institutions aware that Bullion Direct is not trustworthy.

Anyone else have any thoughts on this, or had any success recovering their funds via their bank?

FYI I just heard back from my bank, and they are unable to help except in the case of fradulent checks / wires.  So no help there, but worth a try.  Anyone else have ideas for third parties who might be able to help?
