JG everyone thinks what you are doing is an awesome service ... no question

you are putting in a lot of work for probably little if any revenue

but admit it ...

you are starting to scratch your head like the rest of us, with these bankruptcy fees, the nucleo software that seems to be falling below my estimates in value (I predicted it was worthless)

and the fact that CM is probably enjoying a great Thanksgiving weekend ...

he allegedly took $300K in salary for his efforts this year ?!?!?!?!?!?

how is that possible?

P.S. ... and didn't he allegedly give himself a severance package ?!?!?!?!?!??!?!?

it's like the Twilight Zone or something ...

The longer they stretch this out, the more certain the end result

$0.00 in the accounts ...

I can't believe the latest filings ... but then again ... actually ... I can

why would anyone want them to restart?

something doesn't make sense ...

you want "past customers" to do it all over again?

did "past customers" even get anything for their money the first time around?

Ohhh ... let's send in more money ... maybe Dan and the lawyer can run it better than CM ?!?!?!

Here is the rational thought: Bullion Direct = Death

I was going to write another one of my posts slamming the __________ out of this idea ... but you know what ... why not someone just give it a try and do it ...

Restart the damn thing ...

Ask us all to send more money in ...

Maybe I could sell my house ... and send the entire proceeds to Dan and company

not=(

when is Tulving going to be sentenced?

my hunch is still that CM is 100% in the clear ...

it's almost as if the authorities are laughing at the stupid (actually trusting) clients.

just sayin=(

What I see is for Tulving is "Schedule for Sentence on or after 1/11/2016."

My hunch is that Charles would be very, very happy to trade places with you.

Just got this notice in the mail today--the creditors motion for conversion to Chapter 7 is being postponed "to a later date as necessary."

LOL...keep us posted...

Yes, we will delay until there is nothing left, all of the money is gone and then convert and laugh.
It seems like the only thing protected here is CM.

you are living in a dream world ... none of that is going to happen

during the 2008 financial crisis, when the world almost burned to the ground, there was not a single prosecution

it's just the way it is today ... THAT IS, unless CM burned the wrong person ... someone with connections

and it looks like he didn't ...

I "like" the part about "AFTER"

"AFTER" could be 40 years from now

Still no understanding on why the postponement.....
This is going to end up where there is nothing left to repay those who lost, and the only winners are the lawyers who profited by the loss and the folks who ran the company into the ground.

there is a lot more to those BBB complaints than just getting nervous about the 8-10 week wait

read what the people are saying ...

http://www.bbb.org/western-washington/business-reviews/gold-silver-and-platinum-dealers/northwest-territorial-mint-in-federal-way-wa-3027278/complaints

it's like a war zone what they went through to get product or refunds

and you don't see the alleged $38 million defamation thing as putting everyone at even more risk?

in a polite way ... get real ...

just sayin[frown]
